Deed is partially typed, and witnessed by Anna Fessendan and Elisabeth Fillebrown. Found in unlabeled box of deeds July 2021 without accession information. Matches the description of one of the Sundry Deeds donated in September 1907: "Henry Dunster to Jason Russell. 12 acres land bounded N.E. by Concord road and adjacent to Russell's land." |
