It is a statement of those provinicals who were killed, wounded and missing in the action of the nineteenth of April 1775. It is a two page document attached at the top with 2 metal clips. The first page is scanned. The second page has the offical seal of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts certifying that the document is a true abstract of the printed journals of the Provincial Congress on file at the office.
