Lexington Company of Minutemen commanded by Parker - wounded on April 19, 1775 but was able to rejoin his company for the Battle of Bunker Hill - June 17 & 18 1775. Served 5 days, March 4-8 1776 at Dorchester Heights as a member of John Bridge's Lexington company. In the campaign against Burgoyne 1777, he was a sargeant in a Concord Company of Samuel Ballard. 1780 commissioned First Leutenant of Capt. Wm Munroe's company. After the war closed he was made Captain and part of the State Militia. |
