Oval box gilded wooden frame with glass. Brick colored velvet interior. Three small spoons are mounted on the inside with the middle spoon higher up than the other two. The outer two spoons have the initials LP ( Lydia Hill Prentiss) engraved on the ends of the handles. gold wooden frame. Handwritten note taped to back of frame w dates, names, marriages, death -- "my fourth great-grandmother, daughter of Zechariah (sp?) and Lydia Hill " Frame has stamp on back: "Fine Arts Framers Custom Framing 3299 M.
