Description |
Ice jabber with wooden handle and two sharp metal (iron) spike endings at approximately right angles to one another; used to manuever ice blocks. One of the spikes is longer than the other, both have approximently triangular cross sections and have a hollowed out section. Riveted to the wood with a metal band to keep them in place. Handle has a tapered shaft. 48" wooden handle plus 7" metal fitting. On metal spike reads "Gifford Wood Co." Carved into the wood is some difficult to read letters, possibly "~ROV".
